Estimated delivery time for most US, CA orders:

• Production: 3–5 business days
• Shipping transit: 7–13 business days
• Estimated total delivery time: 10–18 business days after purchase

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

What if I choose the wrong size?

If your clogs or slides don't fit, we'll remake them in the right size — FREE. Same design, same name and number, just the size that fits.

If you order both clogs and slides, each product type is covered by its own free size exchange.

How it works

 1. Email support@ballercrown.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need

 2. Keep the original pair — no return needed

 3. Your new pair is made from scratch just for you and ships in about 21 days

• One free exchange per product type, and once per customer. This applies even if you order several pairs, or shop with us again later.
• Same design, same name & number, same sole color. Different size only
• This policy applies only to orders placed on or after August 10, 2026
