Shipping policy

At Baller Crown, every order is made and prepared with care. Because many of our products are custom-made or made-to-order, please review the following shipping and delivery information before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed for production, quality inspection, and packaging before shipment.

  • Production time: 3–5 business days

  • During holidays, peak seasons, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has completed production and is handed to the shipping carrier, tracking updates will begin to appear.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time for most US orders:

  • Production: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping transit: 10–14 business days

  • Estimated total delivery time: 13–17 business days after purchase

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, customs clearance, or seasonal shipping volume.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers may be created before the package is fully processed by the carrier.

After receiving your tracking number, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for tracking activity to appear.

For some international transit routes, tracking updates may temporarily pause while the package is transferred between facilities before arriving in the United States.

Shipping Locations

Orders may ship from one of our partnered production or fulfillment facilities located in:

  • United States

  • Vietnam

  • China

We work with multiple fulfillment partners to ensure efficient production and delivery based on product availability and customer location.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Holiday shipping congestion

  • Carrier operational delays

  • Customs processing

  • High seasonal order volume

If your package experiences an unusual delay, our support team will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears lost in transit, please contact our support team.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier, which may require several business days for review.

If a package is confirmed lost or significantly delayed, we may offer one of the following resolutions depending on the situation:

  • Replacement shipment

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will work to provide a fair resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Once an order enters production or shipment processing, address changes may not always be possible.

Baller Crown is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by the recipient or returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information, or unclaimed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
