Payment Policy

Orders will only enter production after successful payment authorization.

If a payment is flagged by our system for security verification, additional confirmation may be required before processing.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many of our products are custom-made or made-to-order, orders are processed quickly after purchase.

  • Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once production has started, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order.

  • Personalized or custom orders cannot be canceled after production begins.

Return Policy

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of many of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Minor color differences caused by screen display settings

However, we will gladly assist customers if an item arrives with:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect customization

  • Wrong item received

  • Significant print quality issues

  • Shipping damage

To request assistance, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

  • The order is confirmed lost in transit

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • Incorrect item received

  • Duplicate order or billing issue

  • Order cancellation approved before production begins

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Replacement shipment

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.

Replacement Policy

If your order qualifies for a replacement, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

In some cases, we may request:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of packaging or labels

  • Size measurements

  • Additional order verification

This helps us review and resolve claims accurately.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by weather conditions, carrier operations, customs processing, or high seasonal shipping volume are outside our direct control.

If a shipment experiences an unusual delay, our team will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a reasonable resolution.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns fairly and professionally.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed after confirmed delivery may be contested with supporting shipment, tracking, and order documentation.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to addresses incorrectly entered by the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should:

  • Check with household members or neighbors

  • Contact the local delivery carrier

  • Allow additional time for final delivery updates
