What if I choose the wrong size?

If your clogs or slides don't fit, we'll remake them in the right size — FREE. Same design, same name and number, just the size that fits.

If you order both clogs and slides, each product type is covered by its own free size exchange.

How it works

 1. Email support@ballercrown.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need

 2. Keep the original pair — no return needed

 3. Your new pair is made from scratch just for you and ships in about 21 days
